Where Haryana fancy numbers are listed

Haryana (HR) routes fancy vehicle registration number reservations through the central Parivahan portal at fancy.parivahan.gov.in — the same Ministry of Road Transport site that handles most Indian states. You'll pick Haryana from the state dropdown, then your specific RTO office, and the portal shows you today's available 4-digit numbers with the Haryana reservation fee on each row.

We mirror that same pool on our Haryana page so you can browse and shortlist before opening Parivahan — the Parivahan UI is captcha-heavy and times out fast, so doing the picking elsewhere first cuts session-expired headaches.

Shortlist your number on myfancynumber.com

Before opening the central Parivahan portal, narrow down which 4-digit numbers you actually want. Our Haryana page shows today's available pool RTO by RTO, with three ways to filter:

  • By your date of birth — Vedic numerology (Cheiro's Indian vehicle method) computes your Mūlāṅka (psychic number) and Bhāgyāṅka (destiny number), then surfaces plates whose digit-sum lands on a friend planet of both, and warns off plates with enemy digits clustered visibly. See the Vedic numerology guide for how it works.
  • By your name — Pythagorean reduction to a single digit; numbers in the pool whose digits sum to the same value.
  • By a specific 4-digit number — type 9999, 0001, 7777, your birthday, anything; see which Haryana RTOs have it open right now.

Step-by-step reservation

Step 1: Open the Parivahan portal

Go to fancy.parivahan.gov.in. No login required to browse — you'll need to sign in only at the reservation step.

Step 2: Pick Haryana from the state dropdown

The state dropdown at the top of the page lists every state on Parivahan. Select Haryana.

Step 3: Pick your Haryana RTO

After selecting Haryana, an RTO dropdown appears. Pick the office that will handle your vehicle's permanent registration — usually the RTO closest to your residential address. Each RTO maintains its own pool, so two different Haryana RTOs may currently have different numbers available.

Step 4: Browse today's available numbers

The portal shows available series and individual 4-digit numbers, each with the Haryana reservation fee. Filter by series, or search for a specific 4-digit number you've already shortlisted on our Haryana page.

Step 5: Click "Reserve" and sign in

Clicking Reserve prompts a Parivahan or Aadhaar e-KYC sign-in. Aadhaar e-KYC is usually faster if your phone is Aadhaar-linked. The selected number is held in your cart while you finish the rest of the flow — the clock starts here.

Step 6: Enter vehicle and applicant details

You'll need engine number and chassis number from your dealer invoice, plus the owner name and address as they appear on Aadhaar. Double-check both numbers before proceeding.

Step 7: Pay the Haryana reservation fee

UPI, cards, and net banking all work. After successful payment, save the transaction receipt — you'll need it at the Haryana RTO when you complete vehicle registration.

Haryana reservation fees

Fees in Haryana are set by the state Transport Department and vary by number category. Premium 4-digit numbers — single-digit sequences (0001, 0009), repeaters (9999, 7777), palindromes (1221), and other auspicious patterns — sit at the highest fee tier; common numbers go at the base rate.

Rather than reprinting a fee table that may go stale, we show the exact rupee fee for each available number directly on each Haryana RTO page — sourced from the same official listing that powers the booking flow.

After you've reserved

The reservation is valid for a fixed window stated on your receipt. Complete the vehicle's permanent registration at the same Haryana RTO before that date. Bring:

  • The reservation receipt (printed or on phone)
  • Vehicle invoice and temporary registration certificate
  • Address proof and photo ID
  • Insurance certificate and PUC certificate

Frequently asked questions

Are Haryana fancy numbers booked online or only at the RTO?

Haryana fancy number reservations are online via the central Parivahan portal at fancy.parivahan.gov.in. You browse the available pool, reserve, and pay online; the only in-person step is the final RTO visit to register the vehicle against the reserved number.

How much does a fancy number cost in Haryana?

Fees are set by the Haryana state Transport Department and depend on the number's category. Premium numbers — single digits like 1, 9; repeating patterns like 9999, 7777; palindromes like 1221 — carry the highest fee. Common 4-digit numbers go at the base reservation rate. The exact rupee amounts are listed on the official portal at the time of booking; we surface them on each Haryana RTO page as well once the number is shortlisted.

Can I reserve a Haryana fancy number if I'm registered in another state?

Generally no. Fancy number reservations are tied to the vehicle's registration RTO, which is determined by your residential address. If you're moving to Haryana and registering the vehicle there for the first time, you can reserve under a Haryana RTO; if your vehicle is already registered in another state, you'd need to re-register the vehicle in Haryana before applying for a Haryana fancy number.

How long is a Haryana fancy number reservation valid?

Validity varies by state but is typically a few weeks to a couple of months — long enough to complete the vehicle's permanent registration but short enough to prevent indefinite hoarding. The exact validity date is on the reservation receipt; missing it forfeits the fee and returns the number to the public pool.

Does Haryana use the central Parivahan portal for fancy numbers?

Yes — Haryana fancy number reservations flow through fancy.parivahan.gov.in, the central Ministry of Road Transport portal. Picking your state from the dropdown filters the available pool to Haryana RTOs.
